Allsopp, Thomas and Nicholls, Mr: Four letters (1) Asks him to act as his agent and collect from the Navy Office his pay as Chaplain of HMS DANAE 1799; (2) Encloses power of Attorney for Nicholls 1 Mar 1800; (3) Asks for acertificate from Allsopp's Commanding Officer for presentation to the Navy office, 14 March 1800; (4) Is a prisoner in the hands of the French and asks Nicholls to cover his expences in the meanwhile, 20 March 1800.
