Fisheries Commission: Record of events between 1866 and 1867 relative to the condition and cause of delay in the work of the Special Comissioners for Irish Fisheries, compiled by Spratt.

Spratt was appointed a special commissioner for Irish Fisheries in 1866. He experienced difficulty in working with his fellow commissioner Robert J. Lane. A third commissioner was appointed in 1867 and an enquiry found in Spratt's favour, but the commission was terminated in 1869.
