Papers relating to HMS RESOLUTION and HMS QUEEN ELIZABETH, 1924-1926.
Official fleet orders, ship's schedules, etc., relating to Dick's appointments as flag lieutenant and squadron signal officer to Rear-Admiral William H.D. Boyle and then Admiral Sir Roger J.B. Keyes in the First Battle Squadron, Atlantic Fleet, between 1924 and 1926. Also letters to Dick during this period, as well as programmes from official visits and social functions. Present also is a photograph of the winners trophy for the 1925 Naval Golf Tournament at Hyeres. See DCK/11/5 for the scrapbook from which these four folders of papers were taken.
