In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board

Forthwith give us notice when the ships taken up by your Board at Gravesend for transporting 2000 men to Scotland will be ready to receive them on board, all possible dispatch to be made.
Also give us a list of the ships hired at Chester for transporting 1200 men from Liverpool to London Derry.
So that the Fleet may not be without provisions when required to go to sea, desire you give orders for its being victualled according to the former directions you have received.
