We understand from Admiral Herbert that £5000 has been paid to the Navy Treasurer for the contingencies of the Fleet now going to sea under the command of the Admiral, and desiring the same be paid to Mr. Abraham Anselm, his Secretary, who he has recommended to Lord Faulkland to be his Deputy in the disposal of the money according to Orders.
Direct this sum to be paid to Mr Anselm by way of Imprest for the use of contingencies in the Fleet, according to Orders received from Admiral Herbert.
