In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board

Direct you give necessary Orders for refitting for sea the PHOENIX and NEWCASTLE at Woolwich for service in the Channel, and furnished with Provisions for three months each, for the number of men appointed by Establishment for time of War abroad, and likewise give Orders for the NEWCASTLE to be brought up from Longreach to Woolwich by the men belonging to the CROWN or PHOENIX, those belonging to her either being gone already or are going down to Sheerness on the PENDENNIS.
