In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board

Lord Hatton, Governor of Guernsey, has complained of the unfitness of the Yacht attending the Island, and referring us to Captain Cotton for advice on such other Yacht or vessel he judges proper .

We have directed him to attend your Board for a discussion and then inform us your opinion of what yacht or vessel you consider fit for this service.
