In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board

According to the opinion in your letter of the 5th inst; we think it fit that the Navy Yacht commanded by Captain Andrew Cotton should be laid up at Deptford, and the Charlott fitted out to attend the Island of Guernsey in her place. Direct this to be done and that the Commander and Men of the Navy Yacht be turned over to her, and so many more added as will complete the Complement allowed for her in time of War at home, and also to supply her from time to time with stores and provisions for the service expected of her.
