In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board

Sir Edward Symons informs that the FAN FAN was so [crasy] and leaky that Admiral Herbert has sent her to Dartmouth to be repaired, where she now is, the charge of her repairs coming to £20.
Desire you send a fitting person there for an account of her condition, what men if any are belonging to her, also particulars of the repairs, sending this information to us with your opinion as to what should be done.
