In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board

Direct the Tellers and Clerks attending the pay at Portsmouth to return to London with pay in their custody, leaving only with Sir Richard Beach (Navy Commisioner there) sufficient to pay off the RUPERT's men when ready at Spithead.
Also ask your opinion what place is suitable for a Victualing Port for their Majesties ships emplyed in the Irish Seas.
