In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board

It being very necessary for their Majesties Service that Naval Stores should be lodged at Plymouth for ships coming into that Port, we desire you to send such Stores immediately there as you think will meet the needs of ships arriving there.
Also give directions for hiring convenient vessels at Portsmouth for impresting Men to serve in Ships going out from that Port.
