In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
In obedience to HM Order in council of the 28th inst. require you to provide shipping with all speed for carrying 1800 soldiers now in the Isle of Wight to Hambrough, and the said shipping be ready at Cowes or Yarmouth and victualled for those number of men during the voyage, giving us an account of what you do.
