Understand by your letter to Admiral Herbert that your correspondent at West Chester has hired ships there for transporting 1200 men from Liverpool to London Derry.
Desire you give express orders that these ships proceed immediately to Liverpool for receiving and carrying the Regiments now there ready to embark, there being also a Friggot ordered for their convoy.
Further desire proper Boats be ordered at Liverpool to carry the men on board their ships if their Boats unable provide this service.
