In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Ships carrying provisions for the fleet at Spithead have been ordered to join the PHOENIX at the Nore but her Captain, Fairborne, has reported that only one ship, the SOCIETY, has so far arrived. The others are to be despatched with all haste.
