In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
The ASSISTANCE, under the command of Captain Lawrence Wright, having arrived at Plymouth is to proceed to the Downs for paying off aboard such other ships as are already there. A report is required on the condition of the DRAGON and the SAPHIRE recently arrived from the Straits including an estimate of the time to be expected before they are fit for service at sea.
