In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Ships of limited draught are to be hired to transport grain from Topsham to Londonderry in convoy with ships entering the Irish Sea. Two armed ships also of limited draught are to be hired at Bristol to convoy ships that Mr Harbord is sending to Londonderry. The ships are to wait there or return as directed.
