In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Mr Gregory Commissioner at Chatham has reported that the iron ballast in the ROYALL PRINCE cannot be transferred to the WINDSOR CASTLE without prejudice. The Admiralty agrees with The Board's course of action in instructing Mr Gregory to retain the ballast in the ROYAL PRINCE.
