The Board is to negotiate with Mr Barrett for the Frigate he is building at Shoreham and to purchase it if the price is right for fitting as a Man of War; and commanding that the Officers and Crews of the ALBEMARLE and WINDSOR CASTLE shall not be put into other ships as previously instructed but shall be paid off.
