In answer to your letter concerning the ISABELLA Yacht being laid up it was my intention that if she had more men borne on her than the 25 to be turned over to the HENRIETTA they should be discharged.
Concerning the GUERNSEY coming up to Woolwich please note that the patent now being past for the Commissioners of the Admiralty I shall not longer give my single direction in those affairs, and the same shall therefore be laid before that Board at their sitting, and from them you may expect a return.
