Document signed by James Southerne, Secretary to the Admiralty, fl. 1690-1694

The Captain of the GARLAND at the Nore complains that he has received only beer and so cannot bring the two ships in the Humber down to Yarmouth Roads. The Board is provide an explanation. Masts for the OSSORY and NORTHUMBERLAND are badly needed and the Admiralty is to be informed should the masts already have been supplied.
