Document signed by James Southerne, Secretary to the Admiralty, fl. 1690-1694
A copy of a reply from the Storekeeper of Ordnance at Woolwich concerning the delay experienced in removing the ROYAL CHARLES guns is enclosed. The Admiralty also wish to know what merchandize was brought in her from Portsmouth and who instructed it.
