The Commander of the VIRGIN Prize now in the Downs has been ordered to convoy victualling ships from Portsmouth to Plymouth. He is further instructed to convoy the ANN, also in the Downs, to Spithead, provided she is ready. He is also informed that the Commanders of the ships now fitting out for the West Indies have been instructed to ensure that their Officers and crews attend to the task with particular care.
