In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
The PORTLAND and SWALLOW are to repatriate the King from Holland. Those of their crews who are currently in the ROYAL CHARLES are to rejoin them and bring them to Woolwich. Any shortfall in crew are to be taken from the WOOLWICH now at Deptford for the same purpose. The WOOLWICH is to be brought into one of Mr Castle's docks next Spring.
