In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board

Merchants at Konigsburg are offering to supply hemp of similar quality and cheaper than that obtainable from Riga. It is suggested that the sea route is shorter and less hazardous. The Board is asked for its views and to examine and report on an account from a supplier of clothing for Marines.
