The Captains and crews involved in reclaiming merchant ships from the enemy are to be rewarded and the Board is to submit proposals for how the funds are to be distributed and, whereas it has been proposed to use a number of Fireships during the coming winter as Fifth Rate Frigates, the Board is asked to submit estimates for the cost of so doing, together with costings for converting them back into Fireships for service during the summer of next year.
