An estimate is required for paying the MORDANT, SWALLOW and RICHMOND up to last March. The DIAMOND and NORWICH are to be fitted out with all speed for departure from the Nore by 15th September in order to accompany merchant ships sailing for the West Indies. The SWEEPSTAKES and the BONAVENTURE Hired ship due at the Rowling Grounds from the North are to be supplied from Harwich with three months victuals each.
