We have received and considered your letter of yesterday's date proposing a number of Men and number and nature of Guns fitting to be established on the CORONATION and the SMIRNA MERCHANT hired into their Majesties service for Men of War on a voyage to the West Indies.
Direct you to make the said establishment accordingly, viz;
CORONATION:- 200 Men and 48 Guns
SMIRNA MERCHANT:- 110 Men and 34 Guns.
