I am commanded by the Admiralty Commissioners to inform you that they attended his Majesty at Hampton Court yesterday where he made some alterations in the Project of ships proposed as Convoys and to attend on the Plantations, so it will be necessary for the Commissioners to discuss this List with you and perfect it for presentation to Parliament tomorrow morning.
