All imaginable diligence and dispatch should be applied in fitting out the ships designed for the Mediterranean and Narrow Seas .
HM has signified by letter from Lord Nottingham that as any ships are ready they should proceed immediately to join the Fleet under Admiral Herbert's command and sail singly rather than lose time in the company of others.
