Petition of Faith Marshall wife of Thomas Marshall Purser and Commander of the THOMAS and ELIZABETH Fireship in which she relates that her husband is owed a considerable sum of money but is currently incapacitated and unable to function. On the reverse is a note stating that the petition is being referred to the Navy Board for their opinion.
