A French Privateer seized by the St ALBANS is to be surveyed at Deptford. A report is required of her condition, her suitability as a warship, and the size of complement and arms required. They are also to survey and provide reports on Prizes brought into Plymouth and Portsmouth. Clerks of the Cheque at various Yards are to report the numbers of absentee Warrant and Commissioned Officers.
