The Dutch Ambassador has reported that the SEVEN PROVINCES, Captain Bernard van der Post, a ship belonging to the States General, has been damaged in a storm and now lies at Spithead. The Board are required to report on whether they can assist her without prejudicing the stores of the Navy.
