Enclosing an extract of a letter from the Governor of the Leeward Islands forwarded by the Committee of Trade and Plantations where it is proposed to obtain masts and yards from New England and requiring a report; and informing that the DIAMOND and MORDANT have been selected to convoy merchant ships to the West Indies with supplies and is to report both on their whereabouts and their state of readiness.
