Informing that Admiral Russell has been ordered to send as many First and Second Rate ships, together with the larger Third Rates that are unfit for service at sea, to Chatham. And directing that a sufficient number of pilots is to be sent to Dover without delay to meet the incoming ships in order to convey them to Chatham.
