In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board

The enclosed is an Order from the Admiralty for taking up a vessel to transport my men, that she may be taken this day, and that she may not sail out of the Pool till she has my Orders, for tomorrow I shall send all my things on board her, and will then go down with her.
