William Blakeway is to be appointed Master Sail Maker at the yards in Deptford, Woolwich, Chatham and Portsmouth. You are directed to enter him accordingly and to continue his employment so long as he shall furnish good commodities at reasonable times and rates. His warrant is to be dated 10 August 1689.
