Has served in the Navy for 17 years and now of the RESOLUTION was sick at Chatham and, some reason calling him to London, was arrested and committed to the Poultry Compter, where he was confined and is now destitute having neither ticket for his pay or the countenance of his captain. Implores your Lordships' assistance as your Lordships should think fit.
