In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
The bread is so mouldy that it is not fit for the men to eat. The officers of the victualing have been so dilatory in furnishing my provisions. However, if the commander will sail tomorrow I am resolved to accompany him with or without bread. Written by Captain William Wroth, Commander of the SUCCESS.
