The committee appointed to examine the miscarriages of Ireland, require the Navy Board to attend at 4 o'clock in the afternoon at the Prince's lodgings, to give an account in writing of all orders that have passed through their hands in relation to the service in Ireland since the beginning of their commission to 1 May 1689.
