In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
The YORK and the CHATHAM have been ordered into Portsmouth for refitting for particular service and are to be victualled accordingly. Smaller ships for Winter service have also been ordered into Portsmouth as soon as the Yard can accept them and are to be refitted with all possible speed.
