In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
The Commissioners for Victualling have reported to the Admiralty the position concerning ships detailed for Winter service and are to report further what is to be supplied from Plymouth and what from Portsmouth together with any shortfalls. The Board is also to forward a copy of Commissioner Greenhill's letter concerning the lack of ships to convoy the victuals from Plymouth.
