In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
The ships detailed for Winter service are to be victualled for four months, fully complemented and ready to sail by the 10th instant at the latest. Any causes of delay are to be submitted in writing for the attention of the King. What ever stores cannot be accommodated aboard the ships are to carried in Merchant ships accompanying them.
