In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
In pursuance of her Majesty's pleasure, signified to this Board by Sir John Trenchard , a Principal Secretary of State, we direct you to cause the eleven Ships named in the margin to have such works performed to them at Spithead as may be needed for fitting them for Sea Service this Winter , and that they be furnished with suitable Stores for the Service, and the Victuals they now have completed to four months, and the same done with all expedition.
