We direct you according as you were ordered by our letter of the 25th inst; forthwith to report to us what in your opinion is most proper to be done for what is offered by the Master Attendant at Chatham, touching the entertaining such Men as have leave to be absent from their Majesties' Ships, as Riggers in that Yard.
