In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board

We have directed the Commanders of the OSSORY and DUCHESS to put so many of their Men as can be spared with regard to the bringing of these Ships up to Chatham, on board the BRISTOL, DARTMOUTH and SMIRNA MERCHANT at the Buoy of the Nore.
Direct you to cause the said Men to be paid the Wages due to them to the end of March last on board the Ships to which they will be turned over.
