In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Direct you to cause the Provisions on board the EAGLE, DEFIANCE and CAMBRIDGE to be completed to four Months with all dispatch, the CAMBRIDGE at Spithead, and the EAGLE and DEFIANCE at the Buoy of the Nore, but if they have sailed from there before the Provisions get down to them, then at Spithead.
Likewise to cause the PLYMOUTH, CARLISLE, WINCHESTER, GREENWICH and ROCHESTER which are ordered to Spithead, to have their Victuals completed to four Months according to our Orders to you of the 13th inst.
