In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Direct you to give immediate Orders for putting some Tarpaulin Covering on the Well Boats at Portsmouth , to keep out the weather and sea, as also making some convenience abaft the said Boats for sheltering men in bad weather according as the person shall desire , which will be sent to Portsmouth by Captain Thomas Phillips.
