Having appointed the ROYAL KATHERINE to lie at the Buoy of the Nore for procuring Men in place of the EAGLE, we direct you to cause the vessels which were appointed to EAGLE to attend on the ROYAL KATHERINE, enabling the Commander of that ship to perform his expected Service.
