In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
On the 12th August we directed you to continue the BONAVENTURE hired ship in their Majesties' Pay for one month from the beginning of the succeeding Spring (notwithstanding her Company was turned over to the DARTMOUTH), in which time the Owners undertook to refit her.
Your letter of 22nd inst; informs that she is still in the Dock, and will not in all likelyhood be finished in six weeks or two months more.
We therefore direct you to cause all such Officers to be forthwith discharged from her as are now borne on her in their Majesties' Pay.
