Direct you to cause Five thousand of the Twenty seven thousand Pounds, which were ordered for paying the turned over Men on board their Majesties' Ships, to be sent to Portsmouth, and that the payment of the Men turned over on board their Majesties' Ships at Spithead (a List of which Ships were sent to you with our letter of yesterday's date) be put in hand, beginning with the Ships mentioned in the Margin.
